We are open all year.
Payment by cash or cheque only.
To secure a booking an initial deposit of the cost of one nights stay
is required. This deposit is refundable only at our discretion.
In the event of a cancellation we will endeavor to re-let
the room but if we are unsuccessful we reserve the right to retain the
deposit.
Guests are welcome to check in from 4:30 p.m. on the day of arrival.
Unloading and storage of luggage is possible prior to this
time.
Rooms should be vacated before 11:00 a.m. unless previously agreed.
Any damage to rooms incurred by guests will be charged in full.
For the comfort of all guests we are a non smoking establishment.
