From Minor Repairs to Full Refurbishments
Kilbury's General Works department is led jointly by Dean Oakley and Luke Smith, who supervise reactive and planned maintenance projects valued up to £250,000.
Although we work with many different organisations as well as private homeowners, the team's primary work is with Gloucestershire County Council through various Local Authority Framework agreements for Approved Contractors, and also with the Diocese of Gloucester.
We also operate in the NHS environment, as well as working for many blue chip companies, charitable trusts, residential and local businesses, where we pride ourselves on the high levels of repeat business we secure – proving we are always able to deliver.
The General Works team handles a wide range of projects, from minor repairs such as fixing door handles to more extensive jobs like home, office or classroom refurbishments.
Planning of all our projects entails detailed assessments with agreed-upon specifications, ensuring clients receive the best service possible and exactly what they're looking for/expecting.
