Top quality, larger construction projects across Gloucestershire
Headed by Colin Westbury, founder and managing director of Kilbury Group, the firm's Major Works department handles projects including new builds, extensions and refurbishments ranging from £75,000 to £1 million in many different sectors.
While we do undertake some domestic work, most of our projects are generally sourced through referrals from professional practices such as architects that appreciate our operational standards.
A substantial portion of our projects are within the public sector, providing services for local authorities, academies, private schools and healthcare facilities.
Although we focus on larger projects in the Major Works division, we also maintain relationships with a few long-standing clients for smaller call-out work too.
Our aim in Major Works is to take on assignments requiring an organised management structure on-site, which naturally incurs various associated preliminary costs, including site accommodation and project management expenses.
However, by cultivating a collaborative approach and managing these logistical aspects effectively, we strive to exceed our clients’ expectations in terms of both cost and delivery timescales – and always to the highest possible quality standards.
